Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Clear Fire area of unprotected personnel. Do not enter confined fire area without full bunker gear as well as a positive pressure breathing apparatus. Cool fire exposed containers with Waterfog.

Unusual Fire & Explosion Hazards: Vapors are heavier than air and may travel along the ground or be moved by ventilation and ignited by heat, pilot lights, other flames, and ignition sources at location distant from material handling point.

                Eyes:  Can cause severe irritation, redness, tearing,  and blurred vision.

                Skin:  Prolonged or repeated exposure can cause moderate irritation, defatting of the skin or dermatitis.

                Inhalation:  Mild irritation; may increase susceptibility to respiratory illness.

                Ingestion: Can cause gastro-intestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

                Chronic: Prolonged and excessive exposure to respirable crystalline silica may cause the lung disease, silicosis.

Medical Conditions Aggravated by Exposure: Pre-existing skin, eye, and respiratory disorders may be aggravated by exposure to this product.

First Aid Procedures:

                Eyes: Flush With water for at least 15 minutes, and consult physician.

                Skin: Immediately flush skin with plenty of running water for at least 30 minutes

                Inhalation: If affected, removes individual to fresh air; if necessary give oxygen.

                Ingestion: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Call a physician immediately. If conscious give lots of water or milk. Do                           not give anything to an unconscious person.

Primary routes of entry: Skin Absorption & Inhalation.

Steps to be taken in case material is Released or Spilled: Eliminate all ignition sources, absorb on suitable absorbent and shovel into hazardous waste containers.

Waste disposal method: Contaminated absorbent may be disposed of according to local, state, and federal regulations for the products containing petroleum distillates.

Section VIII Protective Equipment to be used ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                Respiratory Protection: An appropriate NIOSH approved hydrocarbon canister or respirator for organic vapor                  should be worn if adequate ventilation is not available. Use of this product with a high speed or orbital buffer may                           generate dust. Use approved respirator for dust concentrations above the TLV listed in section II in the absence of                         proper ventilation.

                Ventilation: Good local exhaust.

                Protective gloves: Protective gloves such as nitrile rubber or PVC.

                Eye Protection: Safety goggles are advised especially if product is being used with a high speed or orbital buffer.

                Other protective equipment: To prevent repeated and prolonged skins contact, wear impervious clothing                         and boots.

Section IX Special Precautions and other Comments ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Work Practices: Eye wash fountain and safety shower should be easily accessible. Discard properly such items as rags and trash soaked with the product. Provide adequate ventilation.

Hygienic Practices: Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing, avoid inhalation of product vapors. Always wash thoroughly after handling product. Remove any contaminated clothing promptly and wash before reuse.

Precautions to be taken in Storing and Handling: KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT, SPARKS, AND OPEN FLAME. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not store under freezing conditions or above 120F. Protect containers from physical damage and keep tightly closed. Do not store near acids or acidic materials and oxidizers. Containers, even those that have been emptied, will retain product residue and vapors. Never apply heat or torch to full or empty containers.
